Oceanside Party Rentals hosts a collection of tents, tables, chairs, and lawn games available to rent for weddings, birthday parties or other events. Our rental equipment is high-quality, durable, and affordable so that you can have a fantastic event on a budget.
We are open to bringing in new rental equipment so please contact us with your ideas if there's something you'd like to rent that isn't currently available in our catalogue.

Renting party supplies from us is convenient and easy. Start by browsing our catalogue of party rental items. Once you've selected the items you need for your event, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Specify the date of your event and delivery location, and we'll arrange for the items to be delivered to your doorstep or event venue. After your event, simply pack up the items and we will collect them. We'll take care of cleaning and maintenance, so you can focus on enjoying your party.

In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. We recommend that you review our rental protection plan (RPP) contract which covers damages up to a set amount. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

Yes, we offer delivery to most of Vancouver Island. Our basic rates apply to anywhere within Comox Valley and Oceanside. We charge $4/per km out of town (past Parksville or Black Creek).
